Pottery Forms Europe cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Pottery Forms Europe. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 20/04/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About data processing

Webshop software: MyWebstore
Our online store is developed with software from MyOnlineStore. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. MyOnlineStore has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. MyOnlineStore is obliged under the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. MyOnlineStore uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Webhosting: MijnDomein
We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal information on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MijnDomein has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal information. MijnDomein is bound to secrecy under the contract.
Email and mailing lists: MailChimp / mailing system my online store
We send our email newsletters through my online store (see regarding processing data previous section) and our email newsletters are processed with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of its services and to share information with third parties in connection therewith.
Gmail
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidential.
Payment processors Pay.nl
For handling (part of) the payments in our store we use the payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and in this context (anonymized) data with third parties to share. Pay.nl shares in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Pay.nl 's services for which it engages third parties. Pay.nl does not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.
Mollie

Reviews /Kiyoh
We collect reviews through the platform of Kiyoh. If you leave a review through Kiyoh you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Kiyoh shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for this we have given permission to Kiyoh. All the above mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Kiyoh's service for which they engage third parties. Kiyoh keeps your personal data as long as you keep the review published on the platform. Shipping and logistics / My parcel - Post NL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of My Parcel / PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with My Parcel / PostNL. My Parcel / PostNL uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. In the event that My Parcel / PostNL engages subcontractors, My Parcel / PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and bookkeeping
For carrying out our administration and accounting we use the services of Accountants firm in_ctrl. We share your name, address and place of residence data and data relating to your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data are transmitted and stored securely. Administratiekantoor in_ctrl is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Administratiekantoor in_ctrl will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
External sales channels
We use sales through other channels (retail). We will in no way share your information with these sales channels. However, these retail stores may have their own customer registration systems. Pottery Forms Europe has no interest in or control over their systems and processing of this data. If you want to know more about this, you should explore the privacy statements of these stores.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data - other than at your request - to contact you at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

We will retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.

You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to transferability
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mail address known to us, copies or transcripts of all data about you that we have processed or have processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties.
